Holistic menopause support is whole-picture support. We understand that perimenopause is a slow transition that can extend over 7 to 10 years. During that time, we go through stages of change that affect the entire body. Knowing this, I work with individual clients to meet them where they are, whether that is in the early stages of perimenopause, getting close to menopause, or after menopause. Each stage presents different challenges and benefits from different support strategies. In addition, each person and how they experience menopause is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all menopause plan. Because this transition is a whole-body transition, different clients need support in different areas... digestion, sleep, cognition, stress, and anxiety... An individual plan helps get support where it is needed now, while also giving the body the time and resources to continue the menopause process.
Once on the other side of menopause, we experience different challenges as our bodies adjust to new hormone levels. Holistic support at this stage takes into account the long-term goals of a post-menopausal body and what it requires to stay well and strong.
In my own practice, this support includes deep listening, diet and lifestyle coaching, supplements (when they make sense), and unique herbal formulas crafted just for you and your unique needs.
I have seen, over and over again, how the menopause transition can move from a time of suffering to a time of empowerment when the needed support is available. There is truly nothing wrong with you. You just need more support during this time.

It starts with changing our understanding...

If we approach menopause from a place of fear and resistence, we set ourselves up for difficulty. However, if we begin from a place of curiousity, we invite an empowering and transformational experience. I invite you to learn more about what holisic menopause looks like. You can start by getting my free Guide to Holistic Menopause. I also have a free mini class on a holistic view of perimenopause symptoms.
